As Ozark’s main source of onsite IT support, Jeff acts as our “boots on the ground” for partner needs.

Since 2013, Jeff has assisted our partners with their onsite needs. He currently acts as the main onsite IT support for one of our largest partners, as well as handling remote work for many others.

Jeff wholeheartedly embraces our goal of making people smile when they think about technology. He enjoys walking in to an office or speaking over the phone with a frustrated user and walking out or finishing the call having made their day better.

Jeff went to school for Computer Science, which extended from his love of working with computers as a teenager.

Outside of his work with Ozark Technology, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and rooting for the Arkansas Razorbacks in football and basketball.
