Service Coordinator
As Ozark’s Service Coordinator, Katelyn Wall is the first line of contact for our clients.
Since joining the team in late 2022, she has helped gather all pertinent information for each phone call, ticket, and project, ensuring that our clients know we are here to listen, investigate, and solve their problems. An important part of her role involves connecting all products that are causing an issue so that our technicians can use all information available to investigate.
Katelyn believes that technology will never stay the same, so why should we; her primary goal is to ensure clients enjoy technology as much as we do!
Outside of work, Katelyn loves reading and listening to music. Her favorite hobby, however, is handling her two young children. She describes herself as empathetic, hopeful, and passionate.
