MELISSA DILLARD

Information Technology Specialist

As our Information Technology Specialist, Melissa brings her knowledge in Information Systems experience to quickly restore system functionality to diverse hardware and software issues facing our clients.

Melissa joined our team in February 2024 and has brought with her a wealth of knowledge from the Department of Defense (DoD) and her certifications in CompTIA Security+ and Nodal Network Operator and Maintainer from the DoD. Melissa brings with her established Help Desk Technician processes that will decrease resolutions for our partners and clients.

Melissa served as Tier I and II helpdesk support for the Defense Health Agency and other contracts under the DoD. Her work with the Defense Health Agency helped her fully understand and apply HIPAA compliance in technology and data governance. While at Lackland Airforce Base in Texas, Melissa served as a Network Analyst, gaining knowledge and understanding of networking infrastructure and detailed technical reporting. Melissa loves the puzzle-solving aspect of the industry the most and best describes her role as an IT Resolution Specialist.

Outside work, Melissa enjoys reading, casual gaming with friends on the weekend, and spending time with her family. Melissa would best describe herself with three words – Steady, Persevering, and Jaunty. Her proudest moment was the birth of her daughter.
