As one of Ozark’s owners, Tanya provides guidance on company events as well as performing key administrative duties.

Since joining the company in 2005, Tanya has facilitated Ozark Technology’s growth by donning many hats, including: mentoring employees, facilitating special projects, and making sure the company runs as smoothly as possible so all of our partners get the treatment they deserve.

Tanya enjoys helping make the company a fun place to work by showing the team how much they are appreciated as they work towards our goal of making Ozark Technology a destination employer.

Tanya also has 10+ years managing the HR department and overseeing the finances for Ozark Technology,

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys traveling with her husband and volunteering at local animal rescues.
